My 12-week signature coaching program will teach you how to stay untriggered so you can calmly navigate conflict, lovingly hold boundaries, and thoughtfully communicate your needs. In the first 30 days, you’ll learn simple strategies to stay regulated when something triggering happens. By the end of 3 months, you’ll be able to stay calm and communicative during conflict. You’ll feel more connected & intimate in your relationships than you ever thought possible.
